
Last week I had a chance to (virtually) sit down with my friend Mado Hesselink of The Yoga Teacher Resource Podcast and talk about the rise in anxiety during these difficult times and how yoga can help – including practical information about sequencing yoga practices, guiding Śavāsana, and some tips about operationalizing the yamas and niyamas for grounding. We also discussed the importance of psychotherapy.
