In this weekend workshop you will gain skills and techniques (for yourself and to teach others) to leverage the transformative potential of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
We will explore the science underlying ethical engagement, breathing practices, yoga posture practice, and meditation, as well as understanding the positive interpersonal neurobiologic effects of practicing in community. We will take a look at the best research out there that confirms how yoga improves your brain and nervous system and how this research can help you optimize your practice and (if you are a teacher) improve your classes.
